How do I choose the right water unit for my multifunctional drinking tap?
Besides the tap hole, you also need space for the water unit — the device that filters, chills, carbonates, and heats the water. The size of this unit depends on the options you want. For a standard water unit, expect a width of around 60 cm, roughly the size of a double sliding waste bin in your kitchen cabinet.
Don’t have enough space under your sink? No problem. The unit can be placed remotely, tucked away in an unused corner of your kitchen cabinets, or even further away in the basement or another room adjacent to the kitchen. A specially insulated pipe (Python pipe) connects the water unit directly to your drinking tap.
