Mr.Green Offices chooses AQUALEX: “Beautiful taps, user-friendly and easy to maintain”
The Dutch Mr.Green Offices offers revolutionary office space without the limitations of traditional office space. “Mr.Green was born by simply listening. “We asked what our tenants really needed and that’s what we started to make,” says Tirza Lieftink, Process & Quality Boss. “Our tenants told us that the need for space is never consistent, but a traditional office is generally fixed for a longer period. That’s why we decided to change everything. With us everything is flexible: from the desks to the meeting rooms. You pay for what you use. That can also be per hour or half a day, with a small or larger group.”
“By bringing together the needs of several companies and connecting them smartly, you can reach an occupancy of 100% and make effective use of the space. As a result, a company no longer pays for space that is not used, but it is actually used. That has huge sustainability implications and potentially frees up a lot of space for, for example, the housing crisis.”
Mr.Green developed a fully flexible space that shapes itself to whoever wants to use it. Tirza continues: “That’s why every office is private and always fully of your company. As soon as you walk in, your logo is in the lobby and the photo of your dog in your office. So today you have an office for 3 and next week for 20 people, but always according to your office conditions.
The best facilities
“In addition, we ensure that the facilities are always excellent. It should make sense again to come to the office, and that means: the very best place to be productive.” All Mr.Green locations therefore have the best facilities. “Whether it’s about coffee, sport, interior or facilities, everything has been thought of and everything has a reason with us,” she says.
“Take water, for example. We don’t believe that a dopper in your Christmas package really shows that you care about hydration during work. It’s a good step, but a bit easy. The AQUALEX drinking water tap, the Nova bottles, fresh lemon and ginger, show that you take the well-being of your employee much more seriously.”
How did the company end up in Belgium for its drinking water taps? “Sam, my employer and the creator of our concept, searches until he finds what he wants. Whether that is in London, Belgium or Amsterdam, that doesn’t matter. It has to fit with the vision and ideas – and preferably also in terms of design. That’s how he came to AQUALEX. The design of the taps fits perfectly with the appearance of Mr.Green. People are just happy when something looks beautiful. The Fine Touchpads we have are also user-friendly and easy to maintain. They are used a lot,” says Tirza.
In Ede, Mr.Green also introduced Nova bottles. “They are fantastic. They are super beautiful and easier to clean than bottles with a narrow neck. We have a cupboard by the tap where members can take them, fill them and take them to their workplace. That is really done a lot. We want to introduce the bottles at all our locations in the long run.”
Tirza is also enthusiastic about the cooperation with AQUALEX: “In my position I am responsible for almost all the things we use and that need maintenance. With AQUALEX I almost never have anything. That is very nice for me; it saves time and relieves me. I have very good contact with Dries from AQUALEX. When we open a new location, we request a quote for a new tap and that always goes smoothly.”
