How often should a tap water cooler be maintained?
It’s best to have your AQUALEX drinking water system serviced at least once a year.
AQUALEX will notify you when maintenance needs to be scheduled. Our maintenance technician will visit and check your water cooler to ensure it’s working properly. They will not only replace the filter but also clean, demineralize, and disinfect the pipes and taps, and perform a full check-up of the device. In addition, the cooler will be cleaned on the outside and the cup holder refilled if needed. This is highly recommended, especially since safe and healthy drinking water is of the utmost importance for your health.
