No more water is released from the water cooler or tap. What should I do?

First go through a few steps to see if you can solve the problem yourself. If not, please contact AQUALEX.

  • Check that the water supply is not interrupted.
  • Check that the electricity supply to your device is correctly connected.
  • Switch the device off, wait 5 seconds (reset) and switch it on again.
