FAQ

  1. Register via my.aqualex.eu/be/nl/account/create
  2. Confirm your registration via email and choose your unique password.
  3. Log in to your account.
  4. Link your customer details to your account.
    • You can find your customer details on your latest invoice.
    • Your customer number is located at the top of your invoice under “Customer” — it’s a code of 4 or 5 digits.
    • Your activation code can be found at the bottom of your invoice. This is a 12-character code that remains valid for 2 months.
